At Cascada Showers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom transformation. If your new shower system doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the shower components in their original, uninstalled condition and original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for all parts and original quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
